Closer to Customer

Could we get customers to 'present' at town hall or similar forums where they share with all of Absa life where we have helped them or where they have experienced challenges with us? Customers might be prepared to come and speak to us collectively or do a short video. This will enable those of us that don't deal directly with customers to bring the customer 'closer' so that we can empathise with, better understand, and always keep the customer focus.

As a start, perhaps a short period of time each week can be dedicated to listening to customer service calls, or claims calls or sales calls to hear the voice of the customer?
