Address Change
Inform our customers that the Life insurance business has moved from Absa Towers to Auckland park.
-
Rewards
We need to see how we can factor in a proper rewards program i.e. Absa life insurance does count to going up the Absa reward tiers but maybe we could look at having that feed into premium discounts as well on life products. the more Absa Life products you have, the more complex the product maybe you get free funeral etc.

WhatsApp servicing
Using WhatsApp for servicing and queries have become the norm for the majority of businesses. I think Absa Life should consider rolling out WhatsApp servicing at scale. It will also help customers not having to call the call centre and stay on the line unnecessarily.
-
Document vaults
We should consider creating document vaults for our customers in order for them to access all their communication with us. This will ensure they have a central repository they can always go to and they never have to worry about remembering to file their documents themselves. This is already on offer by competitors.
-
Gap Cover
can we please have medical gap cover because honestly medical aids dont cover everything especially when it comes to consultations with specialists - consultations are R2000 and where does one truly get the money to cover the difference where the medical aid cannot cover????
-
Counselling for clients
Why don't we offer counselling to our policyholders, we insure them against life's most tragic and traumatic events, so why not offer them counselling as standard free benefit?
-
Avatars for policyholders/customer
Create avatars for for our customers who we have a copy of their ID or know what they look like to give a personal touch to our customers in this tech savvy age we live in and besides its fun - life is is short to be stiff

Medical Insurance
Is Absa not able to offer medical insurance in some shape or form as well? I can't afford my medical aid and are looking for an alternative and cheaper solution to cover some of my needs.
